By downloading or using Cardio Bunny you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those rights stay in force. Nothing here limits them.
1. The service
Cardio Bunny is a fitness iOS app. It may include:
- a personalized cardio plan from the information you enter
- live heart-rate zones during training
- cardio games (including Zig Zag Ball and stairmaster-style sessions)
- streaks, achievements, and workout history
- optional Bluetooth heart-rate strap or watch
- optional Health app read and write
- optional camera, photo, or video background and session recording
Features can change. Some need a subscription (Cardio Bunny Plus), a compatible device, and system permissions you choose to grant.
The app is for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Who may use it
You must be able to enter a binding contract.
The app is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age required in your country to agree to terms on your own, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and supervise use.
You are responsible for your Apple ID, device, and iOS version. The app requires a compatible iPhone or iPad.
3. No Cardio Bunny account on our servers
Cardio Bunny does not currently create a user account. Your profile, plan, and workout history stay on your device. Sign in with Apple is not active.
Deleting the app deletes on-device data. It does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel that in Apple ID settings (see section 5).
4. Not medical advice
Cardio Bunny is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Heart-rate zones, calories, fat-burn estimates, goal dates, and plan suggestions are approximations for fitness use. They can be wrong. They do not replace a doctor, trainer, or dietitian.
Do not use the app for emergencies. If you have a condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have been inactive, talk to a professional before starting.
You train at your own risk. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or distress.
5. Subscription — Cardio Bunny Plus
5.1 What it is
Full access is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple:
- Weekly
- Yearly
The name, length, and price are shown in the app and on the App Store before you pay. Prices vary by country and storefront. We do not charge your card directly. Apple does, via your Apple ID.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
5.2 Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal up to 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel: device Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Unused time in a period is generally not refundable, except where Apple’s refund rules or mandatory consumer law require it. Refund requests for Apple In-App Purchases are handled by Apple, not Healthy Steps LLC.
5.3 Restore
Use Restore purchases on a device signed in with the Apple ID that bought the subscription. Restore needs a network connection.
5.4 Offline use
After a valid purchase, the app may keep working offline for a limited grace period. Purchase, restore, and store operations require internet.
5.5 Changes
We may change subscription prices, length, or included features. Apple will show a new price at renewal where required. If you do not accept a change, cancel before the next renewal.
There is no free trial unless Apple or the App Store listing explicitly shows one.
6. Permissions and third-party services
The app may ask for: Health, Bluetooth, camera, photos, notifications, and tracking.
You can refuse. Some features will not work without permission.
Heart-rate hardware is optional. We do not guarantee every strap or watch. Compatibility can change.
Purchases go through Apple. Entitlement is checked with RevenueCat. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to what they process.
We are not responsible for Apple, device makers, or the Health app being unavailable or inaccurate.
7. Your content and acceptable use
You keep rights to photos, videos, and recordings you create. If you send us feedback or media, you grant Healthy Steps LLC a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve Cardio Bunny. You confirm you have the right to send it.
You agree not to:
- use the app for anything illegal or to harm others
- reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service except where the law allows
- copy, resell, or commercially exploit the app or its content
- try to bypass the paywall or share a subscription in a way Apple forbids
- upload unlawful, infringing, or sexual content involving minors
- misrepresent estimates from the app as medical fact
We may suspend access to our services if you seriously breach these Terms. Apple remains responsible for the store and billing.
8. Intellectual property
The app, the name Cardio Bunny, branding, games, text, graphics, and software belong to Healthy Steps LLC or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store rules.
You do not get ownership of the app. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where Apple requires it: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
9. Privacy

Health and heart-rate data are used for fitness features only, not for ads.
10. Availability and changes
We provide the app as available. Workouts, games, plans, and calculations may contain bugs. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a specific weight or fitness result.
iOS, Health, Bluetooth, and store outages are outside our control.
11. Liability
Consumers: we do not exclude liability where the law forbids it — including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited.
Where we may limit (and for business users): to the maximum allowed by law, Healthy Steps LLC is not liable for:
- loss of profits, data, or chance
- training injury or health outcomes
- inaccurate BPM, calories, fat-burn, or goal dates
- third-party hardware, Apple, or RevenueCat failures
- anything caused by your use against these Terms or against medical advice
Our total liability for a claim that can be limited is capped at the amount you paid for Cardio Bunny Plus in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing), unless mandatory law sets a higher floor.
You are responsible for how you train and for equipment you use (including gym machines).
12. Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Cardio Bunny. Claims relating to the app (product liability, legal or regulatory, consumer protection, privacy) are between you and Healthy Steps LLC, not Apple, except for App Store billing and refunds, which Apple handles.
13. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and cancel the subscription with Apple.
We may stop offering the app or particular features. If the app is removed from the store, existing paid time is governed by Apple’s rules.
Sections that should survive (including sections 4, 7–12, and 14) stay in effect.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
If a clause is invalid, the rest stays in force.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted at https://wedobrandshq.com/cardiobunny/terms.html with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be shown in the app.
If you continue to use the app after the update takes effect, you accept the new Terms, unless the law requires extra consent. If you do not agree, stop using the app and cancel the subscription.
